For those who want to know more --
these are pictures of my studio and work:
Me at the bench -- yes that is glass in front of me - above me - behind me --
Frit - the piece to the left is how it starts - then it is ground to 2 sizes of grains-
Stringers are thin strands of glass I create by putting a strip
in a vice - firing up the torch - getting the glass soft and pulling
it with pliers! A tray of fish being cut and layered.
The top of my big kiln-- elements for even heat A load of fish ready to fuse!

The color pallette I use Spectrum 96 glass-- It comes in sheets 24" x 48" -
these are the basic Cathedrals - or transparent colors
These are the Opals-- the solid colors:
