I received a small kiln and glass classes for Christmas and became addicted to creating glass. It is like having almost unlimited colors to work with in almost unlimited ways. 	The most difficult Step is deciding WHAT you are going to make!! This is going to be a Large Butterfly Chime. I have chosen these colors and have started layering over clear glass. The white background is firing paper to prepare for firing - no need to move individual pieces.
	Here are the 6 butterflies that make up the Large Butterfly Chime. Note the different sizes, how I have tried to align my glass in layers.
	Layering is completed, details have been added with frit and stringers. It is ready for the kiln. Please overlook the base. I use cardboard to layout then move into kiln ..... and jot down notes while I work.
